The Ivors Academy Gold Badge Awards

Last week was The Ivors Academy Gold Badge Awards at The Savoy Hotel in London (very belated post, I have good excuses…). It was an absolute pleasure being on Gold Badge Awards committee and such a great day! I’m incredibly proud to have been a part of such a great awards ceremony that honours those ‘behind the scenes’ in the music industry, and I’m also proud of my fellow committee members across #songwriting, #media, #classical & #Jazz (yes, we were feeling justifiably smug after a successful show!).

Thank you everyone, and also to those who put up with my camera ops. I was rather cuffed to meet this guy (Craig David), as well as Imogen Heap and Trevor Nelson (all lovely). Congratulations to all the winners. More musical journeys await...
